As one of the UK’s most prestigious and respected AV integrators, we are looking to recruit a Lead Supervising Engineer to join our dedicated Operations department.
You will join a collaborative team of creative people who are passionate and engaging.
❗️Key skills and responsibilities for this role include❗️
✅ Undertaking and overseeing all aspects of AV installation projects; working from schematics, site plans, and cable schedules.
✅ Monitoring site safety and KPIs to ensure quality standards are maximised within the available budget and utilising the appropriate workforce.
✅ Ensuring the most efficient and cost-effective solution is implemented for each project and the production of regular project status reports.
✅ The ability to be flexible and to adapt to various integration situations.
✅ A strong initiative and the ability to work independently.
✅ Management of final commissioning of projects and handover to our customer support department.
You should have experience in contracting, from the initial quotation and specification stage to final handover to customer support.
The salary grade will be dependent on experience, which inclusive of overtime payments can range from £30,000 to £40,000 plus. There are several additional benefits to the package which include a company contributory pension, a healthcare plan, and many more additional schemes available after completion of your probationary period.
